Are you allowed to post preferences here?
If so, in PE, what paints for indoors or outdoors would you recommend?
How much do you know about "other" brand paints?
long lasting economy is the key, and obviously a good standard colour range so we don't have to tint.

Jack, sure you can post references here.
I'm not sure about PE, but as that will be a coastal city you might need some special precautions, especially in the prepping of your surface. I can only suggest you go to a local professional paint shop.
